Shipping & Returns

At Tactical Supply Company All Sales Are Final, If you are unsatisfied with your order or a manufacture defect has caused your order to fail, please contact us within 10 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

DEFECTIVE & DAMAGED PRODUCTS POLICY:
In the event you receive a defective, non-functional or damaged item, Tactical Supply Company will replace the item at absolutely no cost to the buyer and pay for the shipping of the new item to the buyer and the return of the defective, non-functional or damaged item back to Tactical Supply Company.
Buyer must return the defective, non-functional or damaged item unless instructed to do otherwise. If an item turns out to be non-defective upon receipt, the cost of the return label will be deducted from the refund.

Cancellations:
At Tactical Supply Company we ship all in-stock orders by 2:00 pm PST the following business day. If you wish to cancel your order, you must contact us before the item is shipped to receive a full refund. If you decide to cancel an order after it has shipped, you will be responsible for returning the item to us. 
 

RETURN POLICY - FAILED DELIVERY ATTEMPTS, ORDER RETURNED BY COURIER 
Our goal at Tactical Supply Company is to provide our customers with the best products and service available. We value your business and your feedback is important to us and our reputation.

All sales are final. If a return is authorized for an exceptional reason, there is a 14% restocking fee, If a Order is not picked up after many failed attempts and returned by Courier There is a Restocking Fee of 14% and Tactical Supply Company's Shipping Cost will also be the Customers Responsibility, the Balance of the Refund will reflect these charges as stated above. At Tactical Supply Company we always offer free shipping, we pay your shipping cost, in the event a Shipped item is returned by shipping company or not picked up by you the customer with arraignments made with shipping company, delivery fees are non-refundable. If the Product's you ordered is delivered, return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise stated by Tactical Supply Company As an Exception to this rule.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
